(Cedar City, UT) — A Cedar City man will spend less than 90 days in jail after pleading guilty to multiple counts related to distributing sexual material and images to a minor. Sean Brandon Foard was arrested last August as part of a sting operation when he was messaging and sending images to who he believed was a 15-year-old girl. Foard was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 182 days credit for time served. Deputy Iron County Attorney Shane Klenk was calling for up to a five-year sentence.
