RICHFIELD, Utah-Haygen Jameson recorded 12 points and 16 rebounds and the Tintic Miners overpowered Pinnacle 53-41 Friday at the 1A boys basketball preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Cole Barton’s 20 points and 8 rebounds led the Panthers in the loss.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Jake Batty netted 17 points and 10 rebounds on 8-12 from the field as the Wayne Badgers pulverized Telos 72-38 at the 1A boys basketball preview at the Sevier Valley Center Friday. Christian Kent posted 11 points on 5-9 from the field for the Titans in the loss.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Chance Lazenby posted 16 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and the Tabiona Tigers dismantled the Milford Tigers 57-41 Friday at the Sevier Valley Center during the 1A boys basketball preview. Kilo Tsosie’s 17 points and 10 rebounds led the Milford Tigers in the loss.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Johnny Cox netted 19 points and 10 rebounds on 7-12 from the field and the Valley Buffalos stampeded Monticello 65-42 during the 1A boys basketball preview Friday at the Sevier Valley Center. Mason Atwood’s 11 points and 11 rebounds led the Buckaroos in the loss.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Raul Mendoza’s 21 points led the way and the Green River Pirates edged Escalante 48-47 Friday during the 1A boys basketball preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Korben Young posted 17 points and 13 rebounds in the loss for the Moquis.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Kale Garner’s 16 points and 11 rebounds led the way and the Maeser Lions edged Whitehorse 51-45 during the 1A boys basketball prevew at the Sevier Valley Center Friday. Lyric Phillips led the Raiders in defeat with 26 points.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Remme Chappell and Justin Osburn had 20 points apiece on a combined 16-22 from the field as the Panguitch Bobcats surged past Rich 71-57 Friday at the Sevier Valley Center during the 1A basketball preview. The Bobcats shot 56 percent (27-48) from the field for the game. Carson Muirbrook had 17 points and 8 rebounds on 6-11 from the field in the loss for the Rebels.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Jaxon Westwood posted 15 points and 5 rebounds on 7-12 from the field and the Piute Thunderbirds downed Monument Valley 65-30 at the Sevier Valley Center to conclude Friday play at the 1A basketball preview.

I-Four Media Invitational @ Manti HS

MANTI, Utah-Austin Park led the way with 16 points and the Juab Wasps bested Union 41-34 at the I-Four Media Invitational at Manti High School Friday. Gideon Owen’s 14 points led the Cougars in defeat.

MANTI, Utah-Logan Woolstenhulme posted 27 points and the South Summit Wildcats edged Manti 59-56 Friday at the I-Four Media Invitational at Manti High School. Reggie Frischknecht had 16 points for the Templars in the loss.

Non-Region

FILLMORE, Utah-Ridge Hendry led the way with 26 points and the North Sanpete Hawks smacked Millard 76-48 Friday in non-region boys basketball action. Treyden Terry led the Eagles with 14 points in defeat.

SALINA, Utah-Ryker Butler stepped up with 14 points and the Carbon Dinos downed North Sevier 53-46 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Efrain Bernardino led the Wolves with 11 points in the loss.

TOOELE, Utah-Cai Henderson posted 25 points and Bronco Bundy added 24 more as the Delta Rabbits routed Class 4A Tooele 68-53 Friday in non-region boys basketball play. Ethan Rogers led the Buffaloes in the loss with 17 points.

COALVILLE, Utah-Trevor Richins netted 18 points and 7 rebounds as the North Summit Braves edged Beaver 56-53 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Deegan Blackner posted 20 points in the loss for the Beavers.

SALT LAKE CITY-Jet Hill led the way with 17 points and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs edged Rowland Hall 58-57 Friday in non-region boys basketball play. Yeshi Tsering’s game-high 22 points led the Winged Lions in defeat.

MONROE, Utah-Miles Barnett posted 15 points and the Richfield Wildcats stonewalled South Sevier 61-49 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Stockton Roberts led the Rams in defeat with 16 points and 6 rebounds.

BEAVER, Utah-Gentry Brown netted 27 points and the Beaver Beavers stymied Emery 63-52 Friday in non-region girls basketball play. Katelyn Nielson led the Spartans in defeat with 15 points.

PANGUITCH, Utah-Mallory Henrie led the way with 14 points and the Panguitch Bobcats hammered San Juan 53-18 in non-region girls basketball play Friday. Shaylin Nez and Synessa Atcitty had 6 points apiece for the Broncos in the loss.

MOAB, Utah-Cadee Alder posted 14 points and the Manti Templars surged past Grand 48-34 Friday in non-region girls basketball play. Cadence Kasprick led the Red Devils with 15 points in defeat.

DRAPER, Utah-Joslyn Christiansen netted 15 points and the Delta Rabbits gashed Juan Diego 41-33 in non-region girls basketball play Friday. Ayen Kuath had 9 points in the loss for the Soaring Eagle.

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Kealah Faumuina led the way with 21 points and the Dixie Flyers clipped Juab 53-47 Friday in non-region girls basketball play. Ava Cuff’s 13 points led the Wasps in defeat.

Southern Classic @ Pine View High School

ST. GEORGE, Utah-Savannah Bateman led the way with 24 points and the Kanab Lady Cowboys routed Class 4A Pine View 71-42 Friday in the Southern Classic at Pine View High School. Reese Gustin netted 15 points in defeat for the Panthers.
