(Salt Lake City, UT) — President Joe Biden is expected to speak about veteran benefits during his visit to Utah. Biden is scheduled to land in the Beehive State on Thursday. It will be the one-year anniversary of the PACT Act which aims to provide health care to veterans exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances. The President will also participate in a campaign reception in Park City.
