(Salt Lake City, UT) — Experts say there’s an explanation for the string of lights seen in the night sky over Utah. Rather than anything extra-terrestrial, the source of the lights is Starlink, a chain of satellites operated by SpaceX. The purpose of Starlink is to bring internet to certain remote areas of the world. The string of satellites was seen by Utah residents on Monday night.
