A new study by WalletHub ranks each state on 17 key metrics, including child-care costs, professional opportunities, and work-life balance. Utah is 19th overall. The best state for working moms is Massachusetts, while the worst is Louisiana. The study was released ahead of Mother’s Day, which is Sunday, May 14th.
