MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Brady Mecham and Camden Frandsen drove in three runs apiece and the Union Cougars routed North Sanpete 17-0 Wednesday in Region 14 baseball action. Peyton Marx posted two strikeouts in five innings of work for the Cougars.
2A West
MILFORD, Utah-The Kanab Cowboys routed Milford 14-3 in 2A West baseball play Wednesday. Taylor Dotson drove in two runs and Tayton Sullivan added another RBI in the loss for the Tigers.
Non-Region
MANTI, Utah-Troy Madsen homered and the Manti Templars outgunned Millard 14-9 Wednesday in non-region baseball play. Lane Cox and Kyson Bailey added more 2 RBI apiece in victory for the Templars. Britton Keisel also drove in a run for Manti and Braxton Henningson’s 5 strikeouts in 4.1 innings of work earned him the win on the mound for the Templars.
Softball
Region 14
MANTI, Utah-Cecily Osborn and HayLee Daniels each homered as the Manti Templars stonewalled Union 16-5 in Region 14 softball play Wednesday. Daniels had two strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Templars.
2A South
MILFORD, Utah-Kloee Dotson and Presley Willden each homered and the Milford Tigers pounded Kanab 18-8 Wednesday in 2A South softball play. Miley Willden’s four strikeouts in four innings of work earned her the win in the circle for the Tigers.
Non-Region
NEPHI, Utah-Rylee Sperry’s 3 RBI led the Juab Wasps as they bested Richfield 12-9 Wednesday in non-region softball action. Bailee Benson’s 14 strikeouts in 7 innings of work earned her the win in the circle for the Wasps.
PANGUITCH, Utah-The Wayne Badgers got past Panguitch 14-11 in non-region softball play Wednesday. Siena Sawyer and Lillee Torgerson drove in three runs apiece for the Bobcats in defeat.

DELTA, Utah-Hauroa Morgant scored twice and the Juan Diego Soaring Eagle clipped Delta 3-1 in non-region boys soccer play Wednesday. Jacob Alvarez also found the net in victory for Juan Diego.
