Billboards Push Back On SLC Being A Boring City

(Salt Lake City, UT) — A Utah marketing company is pushing back against accusations that Salt Lake City is a boring place. Loud Marketing says comments made by Charles Barkley during the recent NBA All-Star Game are “fightin’ words” and has led to a billboard campaign to counter the idea. The billboards feature photos of activities enjoyed in Salt Lake City, including skiing and rock climbing. The billboards are currently placed around Salt Lake City, but the owner of Loud Marketing says he plans to put one up in Sedona, Arizona, which he called Barkley’s backyard.
