It looks like a dollar store is headed to Manti. On January 4, the City Council unanimously approved the sale of a 4-acre city-owned plot to Leading Tech Development. Leading Tech Development owns the Family Dollar and Dollar Tree companies. The parcel of land is on the west side of U.S. 89 near the northern entrance to the city. It’s expected that a dollar store will be built there along with some other commercial development.
