CEDAR CITY, Utah-Brant Stevens led the way with 20 points on 7 of 8 from the field and the Millard Eagles downed the San Juan Broncos 62-58 Friday at the Hodson Cancer Classic.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Emilio Miramontes netted 25 points and the South Sevier Rams outlasted the Hurricane Tigers 75-70 at the Hodson Cancer Classic Friday. RJ Hurst led the Tigers in the loss with 20 points.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Tucker Chappell posted 21 points and the Panguitch Bobcats edged Canyon View 70-67 Friday at the Hodson Cancer Classic. Chad Hartmann and Andrew Barnes had 20 points apiece in the loss for the Falcons.
Smithfield Classic
MILFORD, Utah-Trey Rose netted 20 points on 10-13 from the field and the Milford Tigers clobbered Utah Military-Camp Williams 78-39 at the Smithfield Classic Friday.
BEAVER, Utah-Orlando Alvarez stepped up with 25 points and the Wendover Wildcats downed Beaver 61-54 Friday at the Smithfield Classic. Baylor Blackburn’s 25 points and 8 rebounds led the Beavers in defeat.
Cowboy Classic
KANAB, Utah-Miles Barnett posted 20 points and the Richfield Wildcats won the Cowboy Classic with a 57-47 win over Kanab Friday evening at Kanab High School. Jordan Cornell’s game-high 21 points led the Cowboys in the loss.
KANAB, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds dismantled North Sevier 58-49 to place third at the Cowboy Classic Friday evening at Kanab High School.

ALTAMONT, Utah-Jake Peterson and Jake Batty recorded 14 points apiece and the Wayne Badgers stymied Altamont 47-39 in non-region boys basketball play Friday.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Nicole Willardson stepped up with 20 points and the Richfield Wildcats downed Snow Canyon 60-53 Friday in non-region girls basketball play. Olivia Hamlin’s game-high 23 points led the Warriors in defeat.
