Man Arrested For Breaking Into Provo LDS Temple

(Provo, UT) — A man is facing charges after allegedly breaking into a Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple in Provo. Police say the suspect broke a four-thousand-dollar stained glass window so he could unlock a door and get into the temple on Tuesday. Police used surveillance video to identify Luis Zamora and arrest him on a burglary charge. Zamora reportedly told police that he broke into the temple because he was cold and didn’t want to be on the street.
