SCRANTON, Pa.-Carsen Manookin ran for 152 yards and a score on 21 carries and the No. 5 Snow Badgers pounded No. 7 Lackawanna (Pa.) 30-7 Saturday in non-conference football action.
The Badgers conclude the regular season at 7-2 while the Falcons fell to 7-2 in defeat.
Men’s Basketball
TWIN FALLS, Idaho-Dylan Jones netted 18 points and the No. 14 Snow Badgers pounded Wenatchee Valley (Wash.) CC 84-52 Saturday at the Wright Physical Therapy Shootout at the College of Southern Idaho. Ayoni Benavidez recorded 21 points in the loss for the Knights.
Snow returns to action Friday at the Chapman Automotive Thanksgiving Basketball Classic at Yuma, Ariz. against the host Arizona Western Matadors.
Women’s Basketball
PRICE, Utah-Halle Hester netted 16 points on 6-8 shooting as the Laramie County (Wyo.) Eagles downed Snow 56-50 Saturday at the Eagle Classic at USU-Eastern Utah. Samiana Suguturaga posted 20 points and 6 rebounds on 8-16 shooting for the Badgers in the loss.
The Badgers return to action Friday at the Vista Auto Thanksgiving Classic at Casper College against the host Thunderbirds.
