(Salt Lake City, UT) — Congressman Burgess Owens is not confirming his participation in tonight’s District Four candidate debate at the University of Utah. The Utah Debate Commission said the Republican congressman hadn’t contacted them as of yesterday afternoon. The debate commission said they were still planning on having all the candidates at tonight’s event. Democrat Darlene McDonald and January Walker of the United Utah Party are the other candidates set to take part in the debate.
