RICHFIELD, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats stymied the Canyon View Falcons 3-0 Thursday in Region 12 volleyball play. The Wildcats bested the Falcons 25-21, 25-13, 25-16.
Region 14
MANTI, Utah-The Manti Templars blanked Union 3-0 in Region 14 volleyball action Thursday. The Templars waxed the Cougars 25-14, 25-18, 27-25 for the straight sets victory.
Region 19
PAROWAN, Utah-The Parowan Rams tripped up South Sevier 3-1 Thursday in Region 19 volleyball play. Parowan prevailed 25-21, 25-21, 27-29, 25-11.
KANAB, Utah-The Kanab Lady Cowboys dismantled San Juan 3-1 in Region 19 volleyball play Thursday. Kanab lassoed the Broncos 22-25, 25-23, 29-27, 25-21.
BEAVER, Utah-Kennedie Fowler posted 11 kills and the Enterprise Wolves blanked Beaver 3-0 Thursday in Region 19 volleyball play. The Wolves downed the Beavers 25-14, 25-21, 25-18 in straight sets.
Non-Region
EUREKA, Utah-The Tintic Miners blanked Wasatch Academy 3-0 in non-region volleyball play Thursday. The Miners prevailed 25-11, 25-18, 25-15 to record the straight sets victory.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-The Juab Wasps waxed Emery 3-1 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The Wasps prevailed 23-25, 27-25, 25-18, 25-21.
JUNCTION, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds waxed Gunnison Valley 3-1 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The T-Birds bested the Bulldogs 25-16, 25-21, 17-25, 25-12.
COALVILLE, Utah-The North Sanpete Hawks topped North Summit 3-1 Thursday in non-region volleyball action. The Hawks won 18-25, 25-21, 26-24, 29-27.
Girls Soccer
Region 12
CEDAR CITY, Utah-The Canyon View Falcons downed Richfield 3-0 Thursday in Region 12 girls soccer play.
Region 14
NEPHI, Utah-Natalie Morrell and Kiara Lowe each scored and the Juab Wasps blanked Delta 2-0 in Region 14 girls soccer play Thursday. Savannah Rasch recorded the shutout for the Wasps.
2A South
FILLMORE, Utah-Devin Roper and Kara Camp each posted hat trick and the Millard Eagles routed Gunnison Valley 9-0 Thursday in 2A South soccer play. Savannah Wright, Kailey Thurman and Emma Stephenson also scored in victory for Millard. Camdyn Gamble recorded the shutout for the Eagles.
MONROE, Utah-The South Sevier Rams edged Beaver 6-5 in 2A South soccer play Thursday. Sophie Brown and Kailee Brown scored two goals apiece for the Rams in victory. Hannah Jolley and Taylor Gibson also scored for South Sevier.
Boys Golf
Region 12
PRICE, Utah-The Richfield Wildcats won a close region tournament with a team score of 307, just beating Carbon on their home course as the Dinos shot a 308. Emery finished third, followed by Grand and Canyon View.
Individually Carbon’s Bode Salas won the tournament with a 71. Richfield’s Keaton Anderson and Grand’s Wyatt Toney each shot a 73 to tie for second. Pace Mullen of Richfield placed fourth and Carbon’s Daron Garner shot a 77 to round out the top five.

Region 12
MONROE, Utah-The South Sevier Rams girls tennis team swept Gunnison Valley 5-0 Thursday in Region 12 tennis action. The Rams won in 1st Singles with Brooke Carter, 7-6, 6-4, 2nd Singles with Mya Deaton, 6-1, 6-1, Sydnee Patterson won 3rd Singles, 6-0, 6-0, in 1st Doubles Katelyn Sorensen and Laken Larsen won 6-0, 6-0, and in 2nd Doubles Kylie Gordon and Beth Robinson won 6-0, 6-0.
