PRICE, Utah-Quade Veater went 3-3 at the plate with two RBI’s and the Panguitch Bobcats hammered Pinnacle 21-0 in 1A South region play Wednesday. Cole Harland earned the win on the mound with seven strikeouts in three innings of work.
HURRICANE, Utah-Hunter Barrick drove in four runs as the Valley Buffaloes pounded Diamond Ranch 15-1 Wednesday in 1A South play. Cooper Chamberlain earned the win on the mound with six strikeouts in 3.1 innings pitched.
JUNCTION, Utah-Kole Westwood went 3-5 with two runs scored and the Piute Thunderbirds waxed Bryce Valley 9-7 in 1A South play Wednesday. Brooks Dalton earned the win on the mound with 10 strikeouts in 5.1 innings of work. Kevin Palafox and Joel Romo drove in a pair of runs apiece for the Mustangs in defeat.
BICKNELL, Utah-Ryker Peterson and Reed Edwards each drove in four runs and the Wayne Badgers hammered Green River 13-3 Wednesday in 1A South play.

Region 20
MILFORD, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds swept Milford 3-0 Wednesday in Region 20 volleyball action. The Thunderbirds prevailed 25-20, 25-13, 25-21. Hadley Griffiths posted 4 kills in the loss for the Tigers.
ESCALANTE, Utah-The Escalante Moquis downed Wayne 3-1 in Region 20 volleyball play Wednesday. The Moquis prevailed 25-21, 22-25, 25-12, 25-23.
TROPIC, Utah-The Valley Buffaloes downed Bryce Valley 3-0 Wednesday in Region 20 volleyball play. The Buffaloes downed the Mustangs 25-19, 25-16, 25-15 for the straight sets win.
PANGUITCH, Utah-Tabetha Henrie stepped up with 11 kills and the Panguitch Bobcats humbled Water Canyon 3-0 in Region 20 volleyball play Wednesday. The Bobcats pounded the Wildcats 25-11, 25-6, 25-14.

MT. PLEASANT, Utah-The Carbon Dinos waxed North Sanpete 3-1 in non-region volleyball play Wednesday.
