OREM, Utah-Thursday, Utah Valley men’s basketball head coach Mark Madsen confirmed the Wolverines’ program will host open tryouts September 15.
Tryouts will occur from 11:30 am-1:00 pm at the Utah Valley NUVI Basketball practice facility on campus.
Students hoping to try out need to have completed a medical physical before participating and submit proof of the physical.
Participants will need to meet all requirements found in the tryout clearance packet. This should be downloaded and filled out completely.
It should be submitted to the men’s basketball offices in the NUVI Center or to the athletic compliance offices in the Wolverine Service Center by September 12.
To be eligible to try out, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits, be academically eligible and have current valid health insurance.
