MANTI, Utah-June Olsen posted 11 kills and the Manti Templars downed Class 5-A Payson 3-0 in non-region volleyball action Thursday.
The Templars prevailed 25-23, 25-14, 25-24 to best the Lions in straight sets.
BEAVER, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds dismantled Beaver 3-1 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The T-Birds downed the Beavers 25-17, 22-25, 27-25, 25-22. Talia Alisa’s 15 kills led the Beavers in the loss.
NEPHI, Utah-The Class 5A Timpanogos Timberwolves dismantled Juab 3-0 in non-region volleyball play Thursday. Timpanogos downed the Wasps 25-19, 25-11, 25-11 for the straight sets victory.
ALTAMONT, Utah-The Altamont Longhorns surged past Gunnison Valley 3-0 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The Longhorns downed the Bulldogs 29-27, 25-23, 25-23.
MONROE, Utah-The South Sevier Rams overpowered North Sevier 3-1 in non-region volleyball play Thursday. The Rams downed the Wolves 22-25, 25-14, 25-19, 25-23.
HURRICANE, Utah-The Hurricane Tigers outlasted Kanab 3-2 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The Tigers downed the Lady Cowboys 19-25, 25-18, 25-14, 25-27, 15-9.
TROPIC, Utah-The Parowan Rams dismantled Bryce Valley 3-0 in non-region volleyball play Thursday. The Rams downed the Mustangs 25-15, 25-11, 25-14.

RICHFIELD, Utah-Araya Patey and Abigail Evensen each scored and the Richfield Wildcats doubled up Maeser Prep 2-1 in non-region girls soccer play Thursday. Cat Miller scored in defeat for the Lions.
MANTI, Utah-Brooklyn Olson posted four goals and the Manti Templars pounded Parowan 6-0 Thursday in non-region girls soccer play. Alivya Osborn and Morgan Chidester also scored in the win for the Templars. Brynlee Wathen recorded the shutout for Manti.
FILLMORE, Utah-Camrynn Zufelt, Meg Nielson, Libby Finlinson and Caitlin Allred each scored and the Delta Rabbits edged Millard 4-3 in non-region girls soccer play Thursday. Kara Camp scored twice and Kailey Thurman also found the net in defeat for the Eagles.
