(Moab, UT) — Deputies in Grand County are investigating after gunfire was reported near the Utah State University campus in Moab. Investigators reached the campus about three minutes after the gunfire was reported last night and found signs that a shooting range had been set up nearby. New and used shell casings were found by deputies in an area northwest of the campus. No injuries were reported and investigators are asking anyone with information about the gunfire to call the Sheriff’s Office.
