UDEQ: Concerning Levels Of Radon Found One-Out-Of-Three Utah Homes

(Salt Lake City, UT) — The Utah Department of Environmental Quality is warning residents to test their homes for radon. DEQ officials estimate that one-in-three Utah homes have concerning levels of radon gas. The gas is colorless, odorless and tasteless, and can cause lung cancer if exposure is prolonged.
