(Salt Lake City, UT) – Governor Spencer Cox nominated a new judge to fill a vacancy on the Utah Supreme Court. Judge Diana Hagen has served on the Utah Court of Appeals for nearly five years. Before then, she worked as the president of the Women Lawyers of Utah. The Utah Senate will have the final say as to whether she serves on the bench.
