(Salt Lake City, UT) — A bill that will expand the State Parks Disability Honor Pass to every veteran in Utah with any disability is headed to Governor Cox for his signature. The expanded program is set to begin on July 1. A disabled veteran and up to seven guests in the same vehicle can get into a state park for free.
