(Clinton, UT) — Former Utah state Representative Paul Ray of Clinton is hospitalized and is in very serious condition. House Speaker Brad Wilson emailed all House members yesterday to let them know of Ray’s condition. He went to the hospital over the weekend with an intense headache, and doctors found he had a brain bleed. Ray resigned this month to take a job with the state Department of Health and Human Services.
