Utah AG Happy With Decision Blocking Healthcare Vaccination Mandate

(Salt Lake City, UT) — Utah’s attorney general is happy with a federal court’s decision to block a nationwide vaccine mandate for healthcare workers. The decision yesterday by a judge in Louisiana blocked a Biden Administration policy requiring vaccinations and made it effective nationwide. More than a dozen states had sought to block the policy, including Utah. Utah Attorney General Sean Reyes said in a statement that the preliminary injunction is a first step toward overturning the mandate once and for all.
