(Salt Lake City, UT)  –  State lawmakers appear ready to remove Utah’s longstanding restriction on being able to see mixed drinks being made.  Republican leaders have put forward a bill that would remove Zion Curtains as a requirement in Utah restaurants.  The bill would increase the price of liquor statewide to pay for additional training for restaurant servers.  Lawmakers hope to reduce underage drinking and drunk driving through the additional training.
