(Delta, UT) – A teen girl is alive after a bystander pulled her from under a car and started CPR when she was run over in Millard County. Investigators say the 15-year-old jumped on the hood of a friend’s car Wednesday afternoon in Delta and was run over when the car tried to pull away. The teen was not breathing when she was pulled from beneath the car, and the bystander’s quick actions may have saved the girl’s life. The teen is recovering from internal and head injuries at Primary Children’s Hospital.
