(Logan, UT) — An evidence hearing is underway for the second teen accused in the shooting of 14-year-old Deserae Turner. The 16-year-old boy faces charges including attempted murder for allegedly luring Turner into a canal area where she was shot in the back of the head. The case of the other teen, who is accused of pulling the trigger, is set for a May hearing where it will be decided if he will be charged as an adult.
