(Provo, UT) — A Provo mom is getting three years probation and a GPS monitor for the death of her baby during a DUI crash. Susanne McClellan pleaded guilty last month to negligent homicide for the death of Brylee McClellan. The four-month-old was killed during the crash where the infant was held unbuckled in McClellan’s lap last summer. Prosecutors say both McClellan and the driver, Chelsea Fuller, had been drinking.
