OGDEN, Utah-Monday, Weber State recorded a No. 20 overall ranking in the Stats Perform FCS preseason Top 25.

This commemorates the sixth consecutive season the Wildcats have been ranked in a preseason national poll.

The Wildcats are among six Big Sky Conference squads ranked.

Others include Montana at No. 3, Montana State at No. 4, Sacramento State at No. 7, Eastern Washington at No. 13 and UC Davis at No. 25.

The Wildcats have commenced fall practices ahead of their season opener, September 1 against NCAA Division II Western Oregon at Stewart Stadium.
