LAS VEGAS-During Big 12 football media days at Allegiant Stadium of Las Vegas Wednesday, Utah athletic director Mark Harlan confirmed the Utes will commence a now non-conference series against UCLA.

Utah will visit the Rose Bowl at Pasadena, Calif. to open the 2025 season. The Bruins will return the favor by visiting Rice-Eccles Stadium in 2030.

The Utes and Bruins, who were conference brethren from 2011-2023 in the Pac-12, have now gone separate ways with the Utes in the Big 12 and the Bruins in the Big Ten.

UCLA leads the all-time series 12-9 which dates back to 1933.
