COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa-Hunter Dekkers completed 20 of 30 passes for 324 yards, a touchdown and an interception as the No. 2 Iowa Western Reivers dismantled No. 3 Snow 31-20 Saturday in non-conference football play at Titan Stadium.
Daniel Swinney, Keyon Brown and Titus Meyers each ran for scores in the win for the Reivers.
In defeat, Reggie Frischknecht hauled in 5 passes for 173 yards and 2 scores for the Badgers.
Snow fell to 5-1 in defeat while Iowa Western improved to 5-1.
The Badgers enter a second bye week and return to action October 19 by visting Pacific Northwest Christian College of Kennewick, Wash.
Men’s Soccer
EPHRAIM, Utah-Ansoumane Camara scored the sole goal of the game and the Snow Badgers blanked USU-Eastern Utah 1-0 in SWAC men’s soccer play Saturday. Mathias Christensen recorded five saves to earn the shutout win in the net for the Badgers.

EPHRAIM, Utah-Liv Harding scored twice and the No. 13 Snow Badgers played to a 2-2 tie against USU-Eastern Utah Saturday in SWAC women’s soccer play. Maci Nell and Andie Andrus each scored in the loss for the Eagles.
