TWIN FALLS, Idaho-McCaden Adams netted 27 points on 9-14 and 3-6 from range as the No. 1 Snow Badgers outlasted No. 20 Southern Idaho 93-89 Thursday at CSI Gymnasium in SWAC men’s basketball play. The Badgers improved to 21-1 and 7-0 in SWAC play in the victory. Dale Griffin posted 20 points on 7-9 and 4-5 behind the arc in defeat for the Golden Eagles. CSI shot 50 percent from the field in the loss. The Badgers return to action Saturday at 3:00 pm at North Idaho as the SWAC season ensues for both squads.

Women’s Basketball

TWIN FALLS, Idaho-Kiriana Hawaikirangi posted 18 points and 5 rebounds on 9-11 from the field and the Snow Badgers upset No. 16 Southern Idaho 69-60 in SWAC women’s basketball play Thursday at CSI Gymnasium. Kennedy Gillette netted 10 points and 8 rebounds in the loss for the Golden Eagles.
