EPHRAIM, Utah-Andrea Sweat, Kamryn Allen and McCall Maxfield each homered twice and the Snow Badgers bested Southern Nevada 16-14 Saturday in the first game of a SWAC softball doubleheader. Ayden Fitch also homered in victory for Snow. Sweat posted four strikeouts in 4.1 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Badgers. Katelyn Hunter drove in five runs in the loss for the Coyotes.

EPHRAIM, Utah-Hadlee Walker, Ayden Fitch, Andrea Sweat and Hallie Young each homered and the Snow Badgers routed Southern Nevada 11-1 to complete a SWAC softball doubleheader sweep of the Coyotes Saturday. Saige Ewing posted six strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Badgers.

Following Saturday’s results, the Badgers improved to 29-15 and 18-9 in SWAC play while the Coyotes fell to 10-27 and 5-20 in conference play.
