Snow College Pulverizes Gila River Saturday Evening

EPHRAIM, Utah-Targhee Lambson ran for 168 yards on 18 carries and scored four touchdowns as the No. 1 Snow Badgers pounded Gila River (Ariz.) 63-0 Saturday evening at Robert Stoddard Field at Terry Foote Stadium.

The Badgers ran for 397 yards on the evening and Lambson was joined in the backfield by Sione Molisi (5 car, 108 yards, TD) and Carson Manookin (11 car, 56 yards, TD).

For the second consecutive game, the Badgers shut out their opponent and surrendered minus yards o the ground.

The Hawks ran for only -1 yard on the evening. Overall, the Badgers outgained the Hawks 524-137 on the night.

The game experienced a lightning delay of more than an hour as monsoonal conditions occurred during halftime.

Snow has outscored their opponents 148-0 on the season thus far.

Next Saturday evening, the Badgers host the McDougle Tech Bison of Pompano Beach, Fla. The Bison are 1-1 on the season.
