Scenic West

EPHRAIM, Utah-Drake Allen amassed 18 points, 12 assists and 8 rebounds on 8-12 from the field as the No. 22 Snow Badgers drilled Southern Nevada 89-74 at the Horne Activity Center in Scenic West men’s basketball play Saturday. The Badgers shot 51 percent (36-70) from the field for the game. Dominique Ford’s 21 points led the Coyotes in the loss.

Snow returns to action Thursday by hosting Colorado Northwestern.

Women’s Basketball

EPHRAIM, Utah-Samiana Suguturaga posted 18 points and 6 rebounds on 7-10 from the field and the Snow Badgers routed Southern Nevada 89-49 Saturday at the Horne Activity Center in Scenic West women’s basketball action.

Kayla Javillo had 14 points in the loss for the Coyotes.

The Badgers return to action Thursday as they host Colorado Northwestern.
