EPHRAIM, Utah-Isaac Finlinson recorded 30 points and 7 rebounds on 10-17 from the field and the No. 1 Snow Badgers bested North Idaho 88-81 in SWAC men’s basketball play at the Horne Activity Center Thursday. Vaughn Weems led the way with 27 points on 9-18 from the field in the loss for the Cardinals. Snow returns to action Saturday at the Horne Activity Center against fellow Top 20 foe Southern Idaho as the conference season ensues.

EPHRAIM, Utah-Esmeralda Galindo amassed 40 points on 16-20 from the field and 4-5 from range as the North Idaho Cardinals pummeled Snow 72-57 Thursday in SWAC women’s basketball play at the Horne Activity Center. The Cardinals shot 51 percent from the field for the game (29-57) in victory. Maliyah Elliott netted 15 points on 6-9 from the field in the loss for the Badgers.
