RENO, Nev.-Buddy Kennedy drove in a pair of runs and the Reno Aces doubled up Salt Lak 6-3 Sunday at Greater Nevada Field. The Aces clinched the series victory with Sunday’s win.

The Bees took a 3-1 lead in the 5th Inning on a solo home run from Magneuris Sierra and Chad Wallach added an RBI single for Salt Lake.

The Aces took control for good in the 6th Inning on an RBI double from Dominic Canzone and RBI singles from Kennedy and Dominic Miroglio.

Tyler Holton earned the win on the mound for the Aces, improving to 2-0 on the season. Holton netted 4 strikeouts in 2.1 innings of work for Reno.

Reno improves to 10-8 on the season and Salt Lake falls to 9-9.

The Bees return to action Tuesday at 6:05 pm MDT at Round Rock to commence a five-game series with the Express.
