SALT LAKE CITY-Drew Ellis and Jarred Kelenic each homered and the Tacoma Rainiers routed Salt Lake 6-1 Thursday at Smith’s Ballpark in Pacific Coast League play.

Austin Warner posted five strikeouts in as many innings for the Rainiers by improving to 3-2 on the season.

Tacoma improved to 55-65 on the season while the Bees fell to 56-64.

The Bees and Rainiers return to action Friday at 6:35 pm at Smith’s Ballpark.
