KANAB, Utah-Kanab outlasted South Sevier 3-2 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The Lady Cowboys prevailed 23-25, 12-25, 25-22, 25-17, 15-7 over the Rams.

PAROWAN, Utah-The Beaver Beavers stymied Parowan 3-1 in non-region volleyball action Thursday. The Beavers prevailed 25-12, 25-6, 22-25, 25-21 over the Rams. Addie Guymon’s 21 kills led Parowan in the loss.

Non-Region

DRAPER, Utah-The Juan Diego Soaring Eagle downed North Sanpete 3-2 Thursday in non-region volleyball play.

GUNNISON, Utah-The Gunnison Valley Bulldogs overpowered Piute 3-1 in non-region volleyball action Thursday. The Bulldogs bested the Thunderbirds 25-15, 20-25, 25-17, 25-22.

Girls Soccer

Region 12

RICHFIELD, Utah-Maya Nichols, Harmony Lopez and Hadlee Farrow each scored as the Canyon View Falcons got past Richfield 3-2 in Region 12 girls soccer play Thursday.

Region 14

NEPHI, Utah-Alivya Osborn scored the sole goal of the game and the Manti Templars blanked Juab 1-0 Thursday in Region 14 girls soccer action.

DELTA, Utah-Kate Smith posted a pair of goals as the Delta Rabbits bested North Sanpete 2-0 in Region 14 girls soccer play Thursday.

Region 16

FILLMORE, Utah-Paige Cummings and Kara Camp each scored a pair of goals and the Millard Eagles pounded Gunnison Valley 10-0 Thursday in Region 16 girls soccer play. Kristen Remkes, Itzel Munoz, Jaelynn Larsen, Kadi Dearden, Sydney Braman and Carley Braman also scored for the Eagles.

Region 19

MONROE, Utah-Lindsey Pender and Heidi Harris both scored and the Beaver Beavers blanked South Sevier 2-0 Thursday in Region 19 girls soccer play.
