RICHFIELD, Utah-The Manti Templars blanked Richfield 3-0 in Region 12 volleyball action Thursday. The Templars blanked the Wildcats 25-20, 25-22, 25-17 to prevail in straight sets.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-The Canyon View Falcons downed Juab 3-0 Thursday in Region 12 volleyball play. The Falcons surged past the Wasps 25-22, 25-9, 25-20 to achieve the straight sets victory.
DELTA, Utah-The Delta Rabbits stymied North Sanpete 3-1 in Region 12 volleyball play Thursday at the Palladium.
Region 18
FILLMORE, Utah-The Millard Eagles clobbered Water Canyon 3-0 Thursday in Region 18 volleyball play. The Eagles routed the Wildcats 25-11, 25-10, 25-9 to achieve the straight sets win.
MONROE, Utah-The Parowan Rams bested South Sevier 3-0 in Region 18 volleyball play Thursday. Parowan prevailed 25-15, 25-15, 25-11 to earn the straight sets victory in the battle of the Rams.
ENTERPRISE, Utah-The Kanab Lady Cowboys lassoed Enterprise 3-1 in Region 18 volleyball play Thursday. Kanab bested the Wolves 25-16, 25-22, 14-25, 27-25.
Non-Region
GUNNISON, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds outlasted Gunnison Valley 3-2 Thursday in non-region volleyball play. The Thunderbirds got past the Bulldogs 20-25, 25-21, 17-25, 25-23, 15-12.
Girls Soccer
Region 12
NEPHI, Utah-Cambrie Thompson, Kaylee Parry, Brooklyn Olson, Taylie Mickelsen, Ella Mayfield and Kinzee Chidester all scored and the Manti Templars blanked Juab 6-0 in Region 12 girls soccer action Thursday. Alyssa Whitney recorded the shutout for the Templars.
DELTA, Utah-Margaret (Meg) Nielson scored twice and the Delta Rabbits blanked Emery 2-0 Thursday in Region 12 girls soccer play.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Abigail Evensen scored the sole goal of the game and the Richfield Wildcats blanked North Sanpete 1-0 in Region 12 girls soccer play Thursday. Zeze Lafaele earned the shutout for the Wildcats.
