SPRINGVILLE, Utah-Kevin Palafox, Cooper Owens and Treyson Clark each drove in a run and the Bryce Valley Mustangs blanked Tintic 10-0 at the Merit Tournament Saturday. Joel Romo earned the win on the mound for the Mustangs.

PRICE, Utah-The Escalante Moquis routed Pinnacle 3-0 Saturday in non-region volleyball play. The Moquis downed the Panthers, 25-19,2 25-17, 25-10 for the straight sets victory.

NEPHI, Utah-Abigail Evensen scored twice and the Richfield Wildcats doubled up Juab 2-1 in non-region girls soccer action Saturday. Melea Ludlow scored in the loss for the Wasps.
