KEARNS, Utah-The No. 1 Juab Wasps outlasted No. 2 Carbon 6-5 in the 3A state semifinals Friday at Gates Field at Kearns High School. Juab will play for a 3A state championship Saturday at 12:30 pm at Gates Field. The Dinos next face No. 6 Juan Diego Saturday at 10:00 am in the elimination bracket at Gates Field at Kearns High School.
3A One-Loss Bracket @ Gates Field (Kearns HS)
KEARNS, Utah-The No. 6 Juan Diego Soaring Eagle bested No. 3 Canyon View 5-3 in the one-loss bracket Friday at Gates Field at Kearns High School. Hutson Slack drove in a pair of runs in the loss for the Falcons.
KEARNS, Utah-Andrew Lombana and Malik Harris drove in two runs apiece and the No. 6 Juan Diego Soaring Eagle downed No. 4 Manti 6-1 Friday in the one-loss bracket at Gates Field at Kearns High School. Lombana’s posted 13 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Soaring Eagle. Juan Diego advances in the one-loss bracket Friday at 7:00 pm against No. 3 Canyon View at Kearns High School.
KEARNS, Utah-Asher Slack drove in five runs and the No. 3 Canyon View Falcons overpowered No. 5 Union 16-9 in the one-loss bracket Friday at Gates Field at Kearns High School.

PROVO, Utah-The No. 6 Kanab Cowboys upset No. 1 South Sevier 10-8 Friday in the 2A state semifinals at Miller Park. The Cowboys will play for a state championship Saturday at 12:30 pm. The Rams next play No. 5 San Juan Saturday at 10:00 am in the elimination bracket at Miller Park.

PROVO, Utah-The No. 5 San Juan Broncos overpowered No. 3 Duchesne 12-7 Friday in the one-loss bracket at Miller Park.
PROVO, Utah-Kyson Giles drove in two runs and the No. 3 Duchesne Eagles doubled up No. 4 Beaver 10-5 in the one-loss bracket Friday at Miller Park. Connor Karren earned the win on the mound for the Eagles. Tyten Fails drove in two runs in the loss for the Beavers. Duchesne next faces No. 5 San Juan Friday at 7:00 pm in the one-loss bracket.

Chloe Bytheway posted 14 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Grantsville.
3A Quarterfinals @ Spanish Fork Softball Complex
SPANISH FORK, Utah-Bree Allred, Indigo North and Lucy Oldroyd each homered and the No. 3 North Sanpete Hawks bested No. 2 Canyon View Friday in the 3A state quarterfinals at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex. Katelyn Johnson posted two strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Hawks. North Sanpete faces No. 1 Grantsville Friday in the state semifinals at 3:00 pm at the Spanish Fork Softball Complex.
