PRICE, Utah-Jacob Vasquez posted 3 RBI for the Carbon Dinos in a 12-2 rout of Richfield Tuesday in the first game of a Region 12 baseball doubleheader.
Beau Vea posted eight strikeouts in five innings of work to record the win for the Dinos.

Region 14
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Kasen Huff drove in a run and the Union Cougars edged North Sanpete 4-3 in Region 14 baseball play Tuesday. Hunter Price and Cooper Christensen each had an RBI in the loss for the Hawks.
MANTI, Utah-Cooper Ford homered and drove in three runs as the Juab Wasps beat Manti 12-1 in Region 14 baseball action Tuesday. Jayden Topham tripled and drove in three runs in the win, while Wyatt Payton and Austin Park each added home runs for Juab. Cael Smith earned the win on the mound.
2A West
BEAVER, Utah-The Beaver Beavers blanked Enterprise 2-0 Tuesday in 2A West baseball play.
KANAB, Utah-Lane Sims, Bracken McQuivey and Griffen Bone each had an RBI and the Kanab Cowboys gashed Millard 6-0 in 2A West baseball play Tuesday. Bone posted 12 strikeouts in seven innings of work for the Cowboys.
MILFORD, Utah-The Parowan Rams stymied Milford 7-1 Tuesday in 2A West baseball play.
2A East
SALINA, Utah-The North Sevier Wolves got past Gunnison Valley 10-7 Tuesday in 2A East baseball play.

RICHFIELD, Utah-The Emery Spartans smacked Richfield 16-5 in Region 12 softball play Tuesday.
Region 14
ROOSEVELT, Utah-The Union Cougars outlasted Juab 10-9 in Region 14 softball play Tuesday. Kiley Crapo posted three RBI in the win for the Cougars. Allie Earl earned the win in the circle for the Cougars, posting three strikeouts in 4.1 innings of work.
DELTA, Utah-Heather Howarth posted four RBI and the North Sanpete Hawks drilled Delta 19-1 Tuesday in Region 14 softbal play. Howarth posted three strikeouts in three innings of work to earn the win in the circle for North Sanpete.
2A Central
GUNNISON, Utah-Maile Ha’o homered and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs pounded South Sevier 15-1 in 2A Central softball play Tuesday. Kennedi Knudsen earned the win in the circle for the Bulldogs, posting seven strikeouts in five innings of work.
COALVILLE, Utah-Drew Sedgwick hit two doubles and drove in three runs as the North Sevier Wolves beat North Summit 18-2 Tuesday in 2A Central Region softball action. Kailey Page also drove in three runs for the Wolves while Sydney Henrie homered and tripled in the win. Jacy Crane earned the win inside the circle for the Wolves.

BLANDING, Utah-The Beaver Beavers doubled up San Juan 2-0 Tuesday in 2A South boys soccer play.
MONROE, Utah-The Millard Eagles clipped South Sevier 5-3 in 2A South boys soccer play Tuesday. Peyton Gibson, Trevor Jenkins and Taeson Brady scored in the loss for the Rams.
Non-Region
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Daxton Tait scored twice and the Richfield Wildcats edged North Sanpete 3-2 Tuesday in non-region boys soccer play. Ben Evensen also scored in victory for Richfield.
