NEPHI, Utah-Tryker Greenhalgh homered twice and the Juab Wasps routed Union 16-5 Thursday in the first game of a Region 14 doubleheader. Greenhalgh earned the win on the mound for the Wasps as well.
NEPHI, Utah-Porter Bowles homered and earned the win on the mound as the Juab Wasps completed a Region 14 baseball doubleheader sweep of Union with a 14-0 victory Thursday.
2A West
MILFORD, Utah-RJ Mognett homered and the Kanab Cowboys doubled up Milford 8-4 Thursday in 2A West baseball play. Taylor Dotson had 2 RBI in the loss for the Tigers.
Softball
Region 14
ROOSEVELT, Utah-Indigo North drove in three runs and the North Sanpete Hawks waxed Union 11-4 Thursday in Region 14 softball action. Payton Johnson posted six strikeouts in five innings of work for the Hawks to earn the win in the circle.
2A South
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Rebecca Hess, Noah Moyle and Addison Nelson had 2 RBI apiece and the Enterprise Wolves routed Millard 12-3 in 2A South softball play Thursday. Blakelee Christiansen netted 10 strikeouts in five innings of work in the circle to record the win for the Wolves.
2A Central
MONROE, Utah-The South Sevier Rams routed the North Sevier Wolves 19-4 in 2A Central softball action Thursday.
Non-Region
GUNNISON, Utah-Ellie Reidhead and Adri Fitzgerald homered and the South Summit Wildcats surged past Gunnison Valley 24-13 Thursday in non-region softball play. Indie Jones recorded the win in the circle for South Summit. Maile Ha’o homered twice and Lexee Keisel also went yard for the Bulldogs in defeat.
JUNCTION, Utah-Evlyn Coronado and Taylor Gleave had 2 RBI apiece and the Piute Thunderbirds outlasted Milford 15-14 in non-region softball play Thursday. Gleave earned the win in the circle for Piute, posting two strikeouts in five innings of work. McKinlee Curtis drove in four runs in the loss for the Tigers.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Sydney Knutson and Jordan Bagley drove in a pair of runs apiece and the Richfield Wildcats gashed Providence Hall 13-8 Thursday in non-region softball play. Skye McKinlay earned the win in the circle for Richfield. Abigale Aiello drove in three runs for the Patriots in the loss.

2A South
BEAVER, Utah-Alex Montoya’s two goals led the way as the Beaver Beavers routed the Diamond Ranch Diamondbacks 7-1 in 2A South boys soccer play Thursday. Mace Robinson, Breagan Lopshire, Elliot LeBaron, Alex Gutierrez and Santiago Amezcua also scored in victory for the Beavers.
SALINA, Utah-Jesse Aitken, Ayden Crane and Keaton Peterson each scored and the North Sevier Wolves blanked South Sevier 3-0 Thursday in 2A South boys soccer play.
FILLMORE, Utah-Bryson Sorensen scored twice and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs gashed Millard 3-0 in 2A South boys soccer play Thursday. Jon Willden also found the net in victory for the Bulldogs.
2A Central
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Lewis Knecht scored twice and the American Heritage Patriots pummeled Wasatch Academy 7-0 Thursday in 2A Central boys soccer play.
