FILLMORE, Utah-Slate Reitz belted a grand slam and the Richfield Wildcats clobbered Millard 20-0 in non-region baseball play Wednesday. Kelby Rickenbach drove in four more runs and Griffin Wayman added three more RBI in the rout for the Wildcats. Jess Curtis drove in two more runs and Max Albrecht added another RBI in the win for Richfield. Rickenbach recorded six strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wildcats.

Softball

Non-Region

FILLMORE, Utah-Brooklin Reid and Brynlee Deem each drove in a pair of runs and the Millard Eagles got past Delta 13-10 Wednesday in non-region softball play. Macie Wade added another RBI in victory for the Eagles in the battle of Millard County. Wade netted eight strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Eagles. Danica Rowlette and Joslyn Christiansen each drove in a pair of runs in defeat for the Rabbits. Jaylie Taylor and Morgyn Beams added an additional RBI each in the win for Delta.

HILDALE, Utah-Oaklee Harwood and Zoey Rhees drove in two runs apiece and the North Sevier Wolves pounded Water Canyon 22-0 in the first game of a non-region softball doubleheader Wednesday. Addie Quarnberg, Saige Jensen, Jaylee Lewis, Hudson Higgs and Cheyenne Johnson drove in an additional run apiece for the Wolves in the rout. Chloe Malmgren posted three strikeouts in two innings of work to earn the win in the circle for North Sevier.

HILDALE, Utah-Kadee Bosshardt, Saige Jensen, Chloe Malmgren, Zoey Rhees, Cheyenne Johnson and Hudson Higgs drove in two runs apiece and the North Sevier Wolves blasted Water Canyon 22-7 to complete a Wednesday non-region doubleheader sweep against the Wildcats. Payton Bailey, Oaklee Carter and Reagan Hone drove in an additional run apiece in victory for North Sevier. Carter’s four strikeouts in two innings of work earned the win in the circle for the Wolves.

MONROE, Utah-Leila Stevenson drove in three runs and Samaya Haverson and Emmery Wilson drove in an additional run apiece as the Salem Hills Skyhawks outlasted South Sevier 9-8 in non-region softball play Wednesday. Jocile Norman recorded seven strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Skyhawks. Caitlin Nielson homered and Kinsey Parsons drove in another run in the loss for the Rams.
