Region 12

RICHFIELD, Utah-Malik Fautin and Jess Curtis drove in two runs apiece and the Richfield Wildcats clipped Delta 9-7 in Region 12 baseball play Thursday. Fisher Jenson and Slate Reitz each drove in another run in victory for Richfield. Austin Morgan posted four strikeouts in five innings of work to earn the win on the mound for the Wildcats. Ty Stefanoff and Cy Droubay drove in two runs apiece in the loss for the Rabbits. Kash Nelson added another RBI in defeat for Delta.

Softball

Region 12

CASTLE DALE, Utah-TaiLynn Minchey, Kali Jensen, Kaitlyn Thomas, Katelyn Nielson and Kallee Lake drove in a run apiece and the Emery Spartans smoked Manti 10-2 in Region 12 softball play Thursday. Dakoda Cheney drove in a run in the loss for the Templars.

2A South

KANAB, Utah-Emily Stephenson drove in four runs and the Millard Eagles stymied Kanab 11-5 Thursday in 2A South softball play. Maren Davies and Brinlynn Ellison drove in two more runs apiece in victory for Millard. Brooklin Reid and Savanah Turner each drove in another run in the win for the Eagles. Macie Wade netted eight strikeouts in 6.2 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Millard. Lindsey Cornell, Liza Rogers, Heidi Marshall and Marissa Jensen drove in a run apiece in the loss for the Lady Cowboys.

MONROE, Utah-Navey Lindsay homered twice and the South Sevier Rams drilled Enterprise 14-4 Thursday in 2A South softball play. Landree Larsen, Kinley Phelps (grand slam) and Kate Peterson also went yard in the win for the Rams. Kloe Donohue and Kinsey Parsons also drove in a run apiece in victory for South Sevier. Donohue netted nine strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Rams.

Non-Region

BICKNELL, Utah-Kloee Dotson drove in four runs and the Milford Tigers downed Wayne 13-6 Thursday in the first game of a non-region softball doubleheader. Karsydi Vetsch, Hadley Griffiths and Stahley Beebe drove in two more runs apiece in victory for Milford. Jaidyn McMullin and Gracie Dotson drove in an additional run each in the win for the Tigers. Miley Willden netted 11 strikeouts in seven innings of work to earn the win in the circle for Milford. Jenna Erickson and Oakley Brian each homered in the loss for the Badgers.

BICKNELL, Utah-Kloee Dotson homered and the Milford Tigers completed a non-region softball doubleheader sweep of Wayne with an 18-3 win over the Badgers Thursday. Jaidyn McMullin drove in four more runs in victory for Milford and Stahley Beebe drove in two more runs for the Tigers in the win. Hadley Griffiths and Miley Willden added another RBI apiece in the rout for Milford. McMullin netted 11 strikeouts in four innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Tigers. Oakley Brian drove in two runs in defeat for the Badgers and Jenna Erickson added another RBI in the loss for Wayne.

DELTA, Utah-Avery Taylor drove in three runs and the North Sevier Wolves routed Delta 17-6 in non-region softball play Thursday. Addie Quarnberg drove in two more runs in the win for North Sevier. Saige Jensen, Chloe Malmgren, Payton Bailey and Regan Hone drove in an additional run apiece in the win for the Wolves. Malmgren posted three strikeouts in 2.2 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for North Sevier. Harper Bloomfield drove in two runs in the loss for the Rabbits. Jaylie Taylor, Brinley Styler and Kate Chase drove in an additional run apiece in defeat for Delta.

HILDALE, Utah-The Piute Thunderbirds routed Water Canyon 18-3 in the first game of a non-region softball doubleheader Thursday.

HILDALE, Utah-Trinity Robinson, Kenadi King and Layla Taylor drove in three runs apiece and the Piute Thunderbirds pounded Water Canyon 21-4 Thursday to complete a non-region softball doubleheader sweep. Gracie Allen, Ainsley James and Sage Nowers drove in an additional run apiece in the win for Piute. Allen posted four strikeouts in 1.2 innings of work to earn the win in the circle for the Thunderbirds. Sunni Holm drove in a run in defeat for the Wildcats.
