Region 12
DELTA, Utah-Mason Robinson recorded 19 points on 7-11 from the field and 5-7 from range as the Delta Rabbits upset Richfield 47-43 in overtime at the Palladium to celebrate Senior Night in Region 12 boys basketball play Wednesday. HudRhson Spell’s 15 points and 15 rebounds on 6-10 from the field led the Wildcats in the loss. This was Richfield’s first loss in Region 12 play as the Wildcats slumped to 17-4 and 12-1 in Region 12. Delta improved to 11-10 and 4-9 in Region 12 play in victory. Delta has not been under .500 all season, incidentally.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-West Johansen posted 12 points and 7 rebounds and the Emery Spartans got past North Sanpete 57-52 Wednesday in Region 12 boys basketball play. Ridge Hendry recorded 15 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the loss for the Spartans.
NEPHI, Utah-Austin Park netted 22 points and the Juab Wasps overpowered Manti 74-66 in Region 12 boys basketball play Wednesday at The Pit. Dax Anderson led the Templars with 19 points in the loss.
Region 15
COALVILLE, Utah-Trevor Richins and Kestin Richins posted 13 points apiece and the North Summit Braves smacked North Sevier 61-46 in Region 15 boys basketball play Wednesday. Kade Johnson and Brody Bulloch had 10 points apiece in the loss for the Wolves.
DUCHESNE, Utah-Rhett Clayburn netted 21 points and the Duchesne Eagles edged Gunnison Valley 52-51 Wednesday in Region 15 boys basketball play. Braxton Pickett led the Bulldogs in the loss with 18 points.
Region 18
HILDALE, Utah-Kyle Brown netted 18 points and the Kanab Cowboys pounded Water Canyon 92-31 in Region 18 boys basketball play Wednesday. Domanik LaCorti led the Wildcats in the loss with 11 points.
ENTERPRISE, Utah-Treyson Whitman’s 18 points led the way and the Enterprise Wolves blasted Millard 72-50 Wednesday in Region 18 boys basketball play. Jensen Davies led the Eagles in defeat with 14 points.
MONROE, Utah-Stockton Roberts and Brace Brindley had 15 points apiece and the South Sevier Rams pummeled Beaver 71-47 in Region 18 boys basketball play Wednesday. Deegan Blackner’s game-high 20 points led the Beavers in defeat.
Girls Basketball
Region 20
TROPIC, Utah-Jaidyn McMullin posted 20 points and the Milford Tigers got past Bryce Valley 59-53 in Region 20 girls basketball play Wednesday. Cashae Tebbs led the Mustangs in the loss with 19 points.
PANGUITCH, Utah-Tayt Miller netted 15 points and the Panguitch Bobcats gashed Valley 48-36 Wednesday in Region 20 girls basketball play. Rachel Cox led the Buffalos in the loss with 14 points.
BICKNELL, Utah-Makayla Jones posted 16 points and 6 rebounds and the Wayne Badgers clobbered Escalante 62-27 in Region 20 girls basketball play Wednesday.
