TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Camden Englestead netted 14 points and 9 rebounds and the No. 5 Panguitch Bobcats dismantled No 4 Manila 48-31 Thursday in the 1A state quarterfinals at Bruins Arena on the Taylorsville Redwood Campus of Salt Lake Community College. Teague Goodman’s 12 points and 8 rebounds led the Mustangs in the loss. Panguitch next faces No. 1 Rich Friday at 7:00 pm in the state semifinals at Bruins Arena. Manila next draws No. 8 Valley Friday at 1:00 pm in the consolation bracket at Bruins Arena.
TAYLORSVILLE, Utah-Ridge Lundgren netted 35 points on 10/16 from the floor and 6/10 from range as the No. 1 Rich Rebels got past No. 8 Valley 66-54 at Bruins Arena Thursday. Keenan Chamberlain’s 15 points led the Buffalos in the loss.

Green River plays Friday at 2:30 pm in the consolation bracket at Bruins Arena against No. 3 Piute.

Keiarra Martin’s 13 points led the Raiders in the loss. Tabiona next faces No. 2 Wayne Friday at 5:30 pm in the 1A state semifinals at Bruins Arena.

Rich shot almost 54 percent behind the arc (7/13) on the night in the decisive victory. Braylee Randall led the Thunderbirds in the loss with 6 points.
