Semifinals
OREM, Utah-Raidon Barney recorded 27 points and 5 rebounds as the No. 4 South Sevier Rams routed No. 1 Kanab 61-39 Tuesday in the 2A state semifinals at the UCCU Center on the campus of Utah Valley University. The Rams shot almost 60 percent (22/37) from the floor for the game in the convincing victory. Carson Visser’s 19 points and 9 rebounds led the Cowboys in the loss. South Sevier next faces No. 6 South Summit for the 2A state championship Wednesday at 7:00 pm at the UCCU Center. Kanab next draws No. 7 Gunnison Valley Wednesday at 3:00 pm in the 3rd place game at the UCCU Center.
OREM, Utah-Bill Harris posted 16 points on 5/9 from the floor and 3/6 from range as the No. 6 South Summit Wildcats outlasted No. 7 Gunnison Valley 47-43 in the 2A state semifinals on the campus of Utah Valley University Tuesday. Braxton Pickett led the Bulldogs in the loss with 17 points and 7 rebounds on 6/10 from the floor.
Consolation Bracket
OREM, Utah-Jrue Miller’s 30 points and 5 rebounds led the way and the No. 5 Rowland Hall Winged Lions soared past No. 9 San Juan 67-50 Tuesday in the consolation bracket at the UCCU Center Tuesday on the campus of Utah Valley University. Jagger Nieves led the Broncos in defeat with 18 points. The Winged Lions next play for 5th place Wednesday at 11:40 am at the UCCU Center against No. 3 ALA.
OREM, Utah-Cooper Crockett netted 25 points and 17 rebounds and the No. 3 ALA Eagles overpowered No. 2 North Summit 83-67 Tuesday in the consolation bracket at the UCCU Center. Tayton Pace’s 30 points on 10/20 from the floor led the Braves in the loss.

OREM, Utah-Rylee Little led the way with 17 points and 21 rebounds and the No. 1 Kanab Cowboys lassoed No. 4 North Summit 48-33 Tuesday in the 2A state semifinals at the UCCU Center on the campus of Utah Valley University. Kate Smith led the Braves in defeat with 15 points. The Cowboys next play for a 2A state championship Wednesday at 5:00 pm against No. 3 Enterprise at the UCCU Center. The Braves will face No. 2 Beaver Wednesday at 1:20 pm for third place at the UCCU Center.
OREM, Utah-Jaycee Barlow netted 19 points and 10 rebounds on 10/16 from the floor and the No. 3 Enterprise Wolves upset No. 2 Beaver 55-52 Tuesday in the 2A state semifinals at the UCCU Center. Ruby Lurth’s 17 points led the Beavers in the loss.
Consolation Bracket
OREM, Utah-Blakelie Davies netted 13 points and the No. 7 Millard Eagles bested the No. 6 Draper APA Eagles 42-32 Tuesday at the UCCU Center on the campus of Utah Valley University. Kate LeRoy’s 13 points led the Draper APA Eagles in the loss. Millard next plays No. 5 Duchesne Wednesday at 10:00 am for 5th place in another battle of the Eagles at the UCCU Center.
OREM, Utah-Kira Grant’s 26 points led the way and the No. 5 Duchesne Eagles overpowered No. 8 San Juan 45-35 at the UCCU Center Tuesday on the campus of Utah Valley University. Khimya Fullwood’s 11 points led the Broncos in the loss.
