MANTI, Utah-The Manti Templars used a 16-2 4th Quarter run to outlast the Millard Eagles 53-52 Tuesday in non-region boys basketball action.
Reggie Frischknecht posted 21 points and 9 rebounds on 8-11 from the field in the win for the Templars as they improved to 5-5 on the season, snapping a 4-game losing streak.
Brant Stevens had 13 points and 4 assists on 3-6 from the field in defeat for the Eagles, as they fell to 6-4 on the season. Millard shot 53 percent (18-34) for the game.
The Templars return to action December 29 at Gunnison Valley in another non-region tilt.
Millard is next in action at the Hodson Cancer Classic in Cedar City and will have a December 28 game against Emery.
COALVILLE, Utah-Treyson Pace posted 22 points and 10 rebounds as the North Summit Braves routed Delta 66-51 in non-region boys basketball action Tuesday. Cai Henderson’s 18 points led the Rabbits in the loss.
PAROWAN, Utah-Brock Felder led the way with 19 points and the Parowan Rams pounded North Sevier 75-53 Tuesday in non-region boys basketball play. Keaton Rosquist’s 14 points paced the Wolves in defeat.
KANAB, Utah-Jordan Cornell netted 25 points and 7 rebounds as the Kanab Cowboys pummeled Diamond Ranch 80-47 in non-region boys basketball play Tuesday.

BEAVER, Utah-Halle Hutchings and Avery Brown had 15 points apiece and the Beaver Beavers decimated North Sevier 61-29 in non-region girls basketball action Tuesday. Brooklyn Butler had 9 points for the Wolves in the loss.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Amiah Timothy stepped up with 12 points and 4 rebounds and the Carbon Dinos waxed North Sanpete 59-36 Tuesday in non-region girls basketball play. Tylee Henrie had 10 points in the loss for the Hawks.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Nicole Willardson led the way with 19 points and the Richfield Wildcats smacked South Sevier 52-37 in non-region girls basketball play Tuesday. Alexa Robinson led the Rams in defeat with 10 points.
FILLMORE, Utah-The Millard Eagles outlasted Delta 51-42 Tuesday in non-region girls basketball action.
GUNNISON, Utah-Maeser Prep outscored Gunnison 5-1 in overtime to beat the Bulldogs 39-35 in non-region girls basketball action Tuesday.
