RICHFIELD, Utah-Griffin Wayman posted 23 points and the Richfield Wildcats routed Carbon 75-53 Friday in Region 12 boys basketball play. Evan Lancaster led the Dinos in the loss with 11 points.
CASTLE DALE, Utah-Scott Johansen posted 15 points and the Emery Spartans tripped up Manti 61-55 in Region 12 boys basketball play Friday. Carter Mason led the Templars in defeat with a game-high 20 points.
CEDAR CITY, Utah-Austin Park’s 28 points led the way and the Juab Wasps edged Canyon View 67-65 Friday in Region 12 boys basketball play. Ty Attig led the Falcons in defeat with 22 points.
MT. PLEASANT, Utah-Ridge Hendry posted 26 points and the North Sanpete Hawks edged Delta 46-45 in Region 12 boys basketball play Friday. Bronco Bundy netted 14 points for the Rabbits in defeat.
Region 18
PAROWAN, Utah-Trey Castagno netted 14 points and the Kanab Cowboys dismantled Parowan 47-36 Friday in Region 18 boys basketball play. Hunter Bettridge led the Rams in the loss with 11 points.
MONROE, Utah-Slayde Summerhays netted 15 points and 5 rebounds as the South Sevier Rams smacked Millard 69-46 in Region 18 boys basketball play Friday. Derk Memmott led the Eagles in the loss with 17 points.
BEAVER, Utah-The Beaver Beavers pummeled Water Canyon 55-32 Friday in Region 18 boys basketball play. Domanik LaCorti and Dynonte Blackmore had 8 points apiece for the Wildcats in defeat.
Non-Region
BEAVER DAM, Ariz.-Tyler Leavitt netted 15 points and the Escalante Moquis downed the Pahranagat Valley (Nev.) Panthers 44-27 Friday in non-region boys basketball play.
PANGUITCH, Utah-Daxton Miller recorded 17 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists and the Panguitch Bobcats drilled Wendover 78-50 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Raul Valle’s game-high 25 points led the Wildcats in the loss.
DRAPER, Utah-Max Jacobsen, Anthony Burris and Urban Baldwin posted 16 points apiece and the Draper APA Eagles clobbered Wayne 72-52 Friday in non-region boys basketball play. Blake Peterson’s 19 points led the Badgers in defeat.
JUNCTION, Utah-Tavin Jessen posted 14 points and the Piute Thunderbirds downed Tintic 57-52 in non-region boys basketball play Friday. Luke Larsen’s game-high 18 points led the Miners in the loss.
ORDERVILLE, Utah-Boede Cox recorded 26 points and the Valley Buffalos stampeded North Sevier 64-47 Friday in non-region boys basketball play. Brody Bulloch led the Wolves in the loss with 13 points.
Girls Basketball
Central Utah Preview @ SVC
RICHFIELD, Utah-Hartylnn Richins posted 21 points on 10-18 from the field and the North Summit Braves routed Enterprise 52-32 Friday at the Central Utah Preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Jaycee Barlow netted 15 points and 14 rebounds on 6-11 from the field in the loss for the Wolves.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Lydia Hoschouer posted 18 points on 7-14 from the field and the Union Cougars bested Millard 47-37 at the Central Utah Preview Friday at the Sevier Valley Center. Eliza Larsen posted 12 points and 7 rebounds on 5-9 from the field in defeat for the Eagles.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Savannah Bateman netted 20 points and 7 rebounds on 7-12 from the field and 4-8 from range as the Kanab Lady Cowboys pounded Duchesne 63-37. Rylee Little added 15 points, 13 rebounds and 5 blocks in victory for Kanab. Kira Grant’s 15 points led the Eagles in the loss Friday at the Central Utah Preview at the Sevier Valley Center.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Kinley Jenson recorded 20 points and 11 rebounds and the South Sevier Rams pulverized Carbon 68-36 Friday at the Central Utah Preview at the Sevier Valley Center. Jacie Jensen’s 9 points led the Dinos in defeat.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Megan Mecham posted 14 points on 5-8 from the field and the North Sevier Wolves downed Juan Diego 47-39 at the Central Utah Preview Friday at the Sevier Valley Center. Olivia Fry’s 12 points on 5-8 from the field led the Soaring Eagle in the loss.
RICHFIELD, Utah-Abbee Albrecht’s 14 points and 11 rebounds led the way and the Richfield Wildcats outlasted Beaver 38-33 Friday at the Sevier Valley Center during the Central Utah Preview. Gentry Brown posted 11 points and 5 rebounds in defeat for the Beavers.
Panther Winter Classic @ Pinnacle High School
PRICE, Utah-Maycee Rhoades netted 23 points and the Tabiona Tigers waxed Wayne 59-51 Friday at the Panther Winter Classic. AJ VanDyke had 19 points in the loss for the Badgers.
PRICE, Utah-Trinity Bryant stepped up with 12 points and the Grand Red Devils blitzed Milford 45-28 Friday at the Bunnell Dmitrich Athletic Center. Jaidyn McMullin had 14 points in the loss for the Tigers.
PRICE, Utah-AJ VanDyke posted 16 points and 5 rebounds and the Wayne Badgers pounded Utah Military Camp Williams 75-13 Friday at the Panther Winter Classic.
Non-Region
OGDEN, Utah-Rylee Bartholomew netted 17 points and the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs routed Ben Lomond 58-38 in non-region girls basketball play Friday. Aleia Huff led the Scots in the loss with 13 points.
PANGUITCH, Utah-Tayt Miller stepped up with 24 points and the Panguitch Bobcats pounded Wendover 78-30 Friday in non-region girls basketball play. Millie Hicks and Phoenix DuBoise led the Wildcats with 7 points apiece in defeat.
JUNCTION, Utah-Kenadi King posted 16 points and the Piute Thunderbirds routed Tintic 50-30 in non-region girls basketball play Friday. Mariana Pena and Jordan Condor led the Miners with 10 points apiece in the loss.
