2A State Semifinals @ Zions Bank Stadium
HERRIMAN, Utah-Jaiten Knight completed 19 of 25 passes for 355 yards and four scores and the No. 1 San Juan Broncos pulverized No. 4 Delta 54-14 in the 2A state semifinals Saturday at Zions Bank Stadium. The Broncos outgained the Rabbits 592-380. Jett Rawlinson ran for 151 yards and a score in defeat for the Rabbits. Hunt Robinson tossed a touchdown pass to Connor Pruitt as well in the loss for Delta. San Juan next plays No. 2 Emery November 16 at 4:00 pm at Eccles Coliseum on the campus oF Southern Utah University for the 2A state championship.
HERRIMAN, Utah-Treven Gilbert completed 13 of 24 passes for 276 yards, four touchdowns and an interception as the No. 2 Emery Spartans bested No. 6 Summit Academy 31-20 Saturday at Zions Bank Stadium in the 2A state semifinals. Preston Mackowiak completed 20 of 35 passes for 209 yards, 2 touchdowns and an interception in the loss for the Bears.

HERRIMAN, Utah-Bodie Wheatley completed 7 of 10 passes for 126 yards and a score and ran for the game-winning score as the No. 1 Beaver Beavers outlasted No. 2 Milford 21-14 Saturday in the 1A state semifinals at Zions Bank Stadium. Gage Raddon recorded 131 all-purpose yards for the Beavers and ran for a 12-yard score in victory for the Beavers. Defensively, the Beavers received strong performances from Andrew Hollingshead, Davis Carter and Noah Wolff (interception apiece) as well as Jexton Puffer (2.5 sacks) and Maverick Albrecht (2 sacks). In defeat, Kielen Tsosie (14-31, 171 yards, 2 TD’s, 3 INT’s) and Sadler Barnes (4 rec, 61 yards, TD) led the Tigers. Beaver next faces No. 3 Kanab November 16 at 1:00 pm for the 1A state championship at Eccles Coliseum on the campus of Southern Utah University.
HERRIMAN, Utah-Hayden Gubler ran for a score and recorded 195 yards of total offense as the No. 3 Kanab Cowboys stonewalled No. 2 North Summit 27-6 in the 1A state semifinals at Zions Bank Stadium Saturday. Preston Brown ran for two more scores in the win for Kanab. The Cowboys outgained the Braves 409-161 in the convincing victory. McKade Nelson returned a kickoff 85 yards for a score to provide all of the Braves’ points in the game.
